  • Sarjana Sastra Mandarin / Bachelor of Mandarin Literature
  • Memiliki sertifikatkursus/Bahasa Mandarin (HSK)/ Have a course/Mandarin certificate (HSK)
  • Memilikipengalaman minimal  1 tahundibidangyangrelevan / Min. 1 years of experience in relevant field
  • Mahir berbahasa Mandarin (tulisan dan percakapan) / Proficiency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai Aplikasi Komputer Mobile dan Web serta pertanian/Have a basic knowledge of Mobile and WEB applications and agriculture
  • Dapat menggunakan Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel dan Powerpoint / Can useMicrosoft Office, Especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Memiliki keterampilan menangani pembicaraan via telepon dan pendengar yang aktif / Have skill in handling phone conversation and an active listener
  • Memiliki track record yang sukses dalam menetapkan prioritas, analitis yang tajam, organisasi dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang mendukung dan mengaktifkan pengambilan keputusan / A successful track record in setting priorities, keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making

Who is the Koltiva Mandarin Product & Customer Support Officer?

Untuk menjembatani interaksi klien, pertanyaan dan permintaan mengenai penggunaan produk untuk tim produk dan manajemen yang menggunakan Bahasa Mandarin / To bridge client interactions, questions and requests regarding the use of products for product and management teams using Mandarin language.


What are the key responsibilities of the Mandarin Product & Customer Support Officer?

  • Melakukan penerjemahan dokumen dari dan/atau ke Bahasa Mandarin sesuai kebutuhan klien / Translating documents from and/or to Mandarin as per client's requirement
  • Menjembatani komunikasi dengan klien yang mempergunakan bahasa Mandarin / Bridging communication with Chinese-language clients
  • Memastikan penggunaan dan penulisan Bahasa Mandarin pada aplikasi milik Koltiva sesuai dan telah dilakukan pembaruan / Ensure the use and writing of Mandarin in the application belongs to Koltiva accordingly and has been made updates
  • Menyiapkan laporan berdasarkan interaksi dari klein dan permintaan produk/service / Prepare reports based on client interactions and product/service requests
  • Menyimpan catatan interaksi klien, memproses akun klien dan dokumen file / Keep records of Client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Membuat tiket dari permintaan klien, pertanyaan dan keluhan dan mendistribusikan Tiket tersebut ke pemilik produk/perwakilan produk untuk persiapan jawaban dan tindak lanjutnya / Create ticket of customer request, question and complaints and distribute the ticket to the product owner/ product representative for preparation of answer and follow up
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Support services dan product owners terkait pertanyaan/ permintaan dari klien / Coordinate with support services team and product owner regarding question / request from client
  • Review dan update material training yang mempergunakan bahasa Mandarin / Review dan update material training yang mempergunakan bahasa Mandarin.
