Who is the Koltiva Financial Planning & Analysis Officer?

The role of the Financial Planning and Analysis Officer involves providing support for budgeting and financial reporting. This includes collaborating closely with the business unit head to develop and improve the business strategy and financial forecasts.


What are the key responsibilities of the Financial Planning & Analysis Officer?

  • Support annual budgets and multi-year forecasts, perform budget checking, coordinate sales, capital, and operating expenditure plan.
  • Retrieve and review financial report from ERP, create monthly report and provide analysis of the financial condition.
  • Manage cash flow planning for the company.
  • Work closely with project manager to get update from each project and act as Business Partner.
  • Perform budget checking process for each project and compare the budget vs actual periodically.
  • Prepare financial report, and variance reports that compare departmental budgets to actual spending, as requested by stakeholder.
  • Participate in the further development of the ERP.

What are the requirement of the Position?

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or investments or related field is required. CPA or CFA designation are preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis/accounting.
  • The candidates should possess a strong background in finance, accounting, and data analysis. They should be able to create and maintain financial models, provide accurate financial forecasts, and develop strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a strong work ethic and a passion for financial analysis and planning.
