Who is the Koltiva Head of UI/UX and Documentation?
As the Head of UI/UX and
Documentation, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of
exceptional user experience designs for Koltiva's products and platforms. This
will involve overseeing research, creating scenarios wireframes, conducting
testing, and creating technical documentation. Additionally, you will work
closely with the Customer Engagement team to gather feedback and insights on
user training and UI/UX.
What are the key responsibilities of the Head of UI/UX and Documentation?
- Monitor digital design across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C platforms to support the company strategy.
- Oversee the process of delivering complex wireframes, sitemaps, and workflows across all products and platforms.
- Determine the business rules, design interactions, and client flows for the client experience and support the business requirements documentation.
- Ensure consistent design language, content, and visual identity across products and platforms.
- Oversee the feedback, activity and iterate to improve the user experience from multiple channels.
- Prioritize delivery of UI based on a reasonable/justifiable framework (impact to business vs effort) and roadmap.
- Coordinate and oversee team activities to ensure the productivity of all the team members.
- Lead and grow the team members by increasing their skills, capabilities, decision-making, and leadership.
- Drive and lead the Customer Engagement team to ensure training programs and user insights are well-captured through quantitative and qualitative measures · User insights/feedbacks and training content & program delivery (internal and external)
What are the requirement of the Position?
- Minimum bachelor's degree in design graphics or related fields.
- Minimum eight years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative, XD, Sketch, Zeplin, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing various UI/UX design works, including wireframes, prototypes, and final design.
