Who is the Koltiva Employee Engagement Specialist?

The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible to monitor the motivation of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Key strengths for this position is flexibility, fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of drive. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.

What are the key responsibilities of the Employee Engagement Specialist?

        Responsibilities and Duties

  • Execute end to end people operations management and key initiatives of continuous improvement in retaining and motivating our people
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding to offboarding processes for all new hires and employees
  • Redefine and leading an awesome onboarding process for new joiners, starting from greeting on the first day, explaining the company overview and HR related information, as well as assisting new joiners so that they can immediately work smoothly in their team
  • Be the subject matter expert for all internal guidelines and policies relating to people operations matters 
  • Accommodating the needs of all departments for any issues raised.
  • Handling Employee relations related matters
  • Creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • Act as a Project Leader for KoltiYouth program
  • Promote the organization&rsquos value in the workplace and pack company values into events that increase employee engagement
  • Plan, execute and evaluate activities needed to boost employee&rsquos engagement
  • Become a host for for employee related activities
  • Doing ad hoc requests or additional projects requested by Line Manager 


  • Bachelor&rsquos degree in Human Resources, Public Relation, or relevant field.

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience as an Employee Relation or Employee Engagement

  • Communicate effectively in written and spoken English

  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills in managing stakeholders

  • Willing to Work from Office frequently.
