The Product Operation Lead/Manager B2C is responsible for supporting product operation activities so that activities can run well.

What are the key responsibilities of the Product Operation Manager?

Responsibilities and Duties

The Product Operation Lead/Manager B2C is making sure our customers&rsquo needs and works with internal teams to improve operational efficiency in product development, Specific responsibilities in this role include:

  • Lead product operation group in provide administrative support in product management area. including:
    -Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team, i.e., engineering, project implementation, customer support, and product teams.
    -Maintains new and existing products' configurations user management, translation, and info box.
  • Lead product operation group in project support for specific features/product:
    -Provide support for specific project and/or smallest stream under the project.
    -Provide user manuals and FAQ for product release.
    -Support in handling issues with making replication if needed
    -Assist with testing based on reference/checklist given by PM and report result as it is and ensuring all testing is documented accordingly before release.
  • Control internal and external training activity about company product.
  • Control in making dynamic questionnaire if required
  • Control payment manual disbursement process



  • Minimum bachelor&rsquos degree in any major.
  • Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem-solving skills.
  • Have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, and can-do attitude.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via verbal and written medium.
  • Understanding of Agri-tech is a plus.
  • Experience in B2C Product is a plus.
